Positive: Great location, friendly stuff and spacious room. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food. We didn't try the SPA but it seemed nice.
Negative: The room felt quite old and in need of refurbishment. The stones at the entrance were broken, and the drainage in the bathroom was poor — the sink took a very long time to empty. There were also no hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. We had requested a crib for our baby in advance, but it wasn’t in the room upon arrival. We had to call several times and eventually go to the reception ourselves before it was provided.

Positive: Amazing location and great atmosphere. The SPA is very well equipped and has great staff. Massage was unforgettable.
Negative: Even in summer, supposedly not high season, feels a little bit too expensive, albeit impressive service.
Summary: Perfect getaway surrounded by picturesque mountain river hikes and villages.

Negative: Staff, with a few exceptions, unfriendly and totally unaware that they are there fir the guests and not the other way around. Dinner in restaurant was one id the worst eating out experiences we have had. Poor quality products, badly prepared.

Positive: Nice place, out of the village in a building of an old monastery. The main building has nice areas of relax with a relaxing and quiet lobby, but…
Negative: We booked a “villa” which was one of the pricey options, but our experience was far from a 5 star. At the first place, the villa is not in the main building of the hotel. So the usage of the facilities, especially with bad weather conditions is very complex. You cannot go directly to the SPA or the restaurant, you have to go with your coat and belongings. With a child the situation is more difficult so we couldn’t enjoy the hotel facilities. Also SPA is charged apart from the already expensive room price. The room floor wasn’t very clean, the tank in the bathroom was continuously giving problems releasing water, and there was only coffee and two bottles of water (not even a bag of tea) in the mini bar. The room needed a very good refurbishment and reform as everything in it was far from a 5 star quality.
